Inside AREG’s September rate sheet: 18 charts, 5 program families
Our September 7 rate-sheet edition contains 18 program charts: 13 purchase scenarios and 5 cash-out scenarios. These are counts of our published charts—not customer applications, approvals, funded loans, or market share.
What is in this edition?

How realtors can use the coverage
Start with the buyer’s income documentation and intended occupancy. A wage-earner purchase, a self-employed borrower, and a rental-property investor can follow different qualification paths. Our rate desk places the chart assumptions and a preparation checklist alongside each program, so you can bring a more specific question to Brooke or John.
Seven conventional charts do not mean seven separate approvals or that conventional is the best fit for every buyer. Counts describe the content available in this edition. They do not show which products our clients selected.
What these numbers cannot tell you
This snapshot does not establish today’s rate, a borrower’s APR, a rate-lock offer, or the availability of a program in every state. The edition is dated. Compare current pricing for the actual property and borrower before making a financing decision.
Methodology & first-party source
We counted each of the 18 numbered original AREG charts once and grouped them by the program family and purpose shown in our rate library. The source edition is September 7, 2026, posted September 8. No borrower records or modeled application counts were used. View AREG’s original edition or download the chart inventory.
