California and Florida condo buyers: check the documents before you order
Start with a quick, easy CondoQuest lookup using the community name, state, and ZIP. A potential match can help focus the document conversation; it does not establish loan or project approval.
Why the community name matters
A listing address and an HOA’s official name may differ. Ask the listing agent or community manager for the correct name, plus any known alternate names. In California and Florida, use the state and ZIP to distinguish communities with similar names.
Read the result as a starting point
Check which documents are available and their dates. A questionnaire, budget, and insurance package may be incomplete or no longer current. The lender determines what must be updated for the specific transaction.
No result? Call first.
Do not order documents yet. Ask AREG for a short condo review so we can discuss the missing information. Eligible buyers who choose AREG may qualify for an advance of missing document costs under written terms, repayable at closing.
Find the documents you need
Use the lookup to identify potential document matches, then ask AREG to help review what your transaction needs next. Share personal loan documents only through the secure process your loan team provides.
